Do you offer same-day or emergency AC repair in Dubai?

What is an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and do I need one?
An AMC is a yearly plan that covers routine servicing of your AC, plumbing and electrical systems, plus priority call-outs and discounted labour on larger repairs. It suits villa and apartment owners and landlords who want predictable costs and fewer breakdowns — especially before the Dubai summer peak. See AMC options.
How do you price your work, and is there a call-out fee?
We agree the scope and price with you before any work begins. After a first look at the job — in person or from your photos — you receive a clear quotation, and nothing proceeds until you approve it. We keep pricing transparent, with no surprise add-ons once work has started.
Are your technicians vetted and experienced?
Yes. Our AC engineers, plumbers, electricians, painters and handymen are experienced specialists who are background-checked and chosen for both technical skill and a polite, respectful manner in customers’ homes.
Can you maintain both villas and apartments in Dubai?
Yes. We maintain the full range of Dubai residential and commercial property, including apartments, villas, townhouses, offices and retail units. Annual Maintenance Contract plans are tailored to property type and size.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. We support landlords, owners’ associations and property managers with multi-property cover, tenant coordination, a dedicated point of contact and consolidated reporting across a portfolio.

Do you guarantee your workmanship?
We stand behind the quality of our work. If an issue relates to work we have carried out, we will return promptly to put it right. The specifics of any guarantee are confirmed in your written quotation before work begins.
